This is our Australian Shepherd, Bandit, patiently waiting by my side, while I was photographing flowers in my yard. I looked over at him, watching the dairy cows across the street and loved the way the sunset was highlighting his face. So I quietly turned my flash around to light up the shadowed side of him and after a few adjustments captured this photo.

I always love a challenge, Luci and Levi  these two beautiful black standard poodles were just that. Its hard to photograph dark animals without them becoming silhouettes.Thanks Shari for letting me get to know and photograph your furry family.
